Our services can be summarised into the following project stages:

i. Estimate:
• Review and evaluation of design concepts and advising client on viability thereof.
• Utilising in-house measurements of architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce a detailed elemental cost estimate.
• Presentation to client and refinement of estimate to ensure the aesthetics, functionality, and expenditure are aligned with client expectations.
• Assist the client in preparing and reviewing financial viability reports.

ii. Procurement:
• Assisting with the formulation of a procurement strategy for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Reviewing working drawings for compliance with approved budget.
• Preparation of documentation for both principal and subcontract procurement, including conditions of contract and bills of quantities.
• Calling for principal contract and subcontract tender submissions and/or negotiation of prices.
• Adjudication of financial aspects of submitted tenders and advising client of the most appropriate contractor(s) to execute the project.

iii. Construction:
• Advising client on the most appropriate construction contract to be used for the project.
• Preparation of contract documentation for signature.
• Management and monitoring the contracts and processes.
• Preparation of schedules of predicted cash flow.
• Preparation of pro-active estimates for variations for client decision making.
• Adjudication and resolution of financial claims by contractors.
• Establishing and maintaining a financial control system.
• Preparation of monthly valuations for payment certificates.
• Preparation of monthly payment summaries to assist the client with all invoices payable.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports to be presented to the client.

iv. Close-out:
• Preparation and agreeing of final accounts.
• Submission of project close-out documentation pack to client upon completion of project.
